• Focus on market/clusters 5G/LTE RF optimization to meet/exceed KPI quarterly and yearly targets. Analyze drive test data and make necessary changes to system parameters to hit KPI targets. Managing driving test teams scheduling to accomplish projects milestones on time and within budget.

• 4G/5G RF design and Enterprises Private 5G/LTE/CBRS/Wi-Fi networks using ASSET, Atoll, MapInfo, Planet, ACP, CANVAS, SQL Scrip, iBWave, Monte Carlo simulation to design for coverage, capacity, mixed use of LTE/5G, Carrier Aggregation, CPE, and mmWave.

• Using ACP to generate potential new site location and search rings. Working with stakeholders and zoning to finalize site acquisition. Qualify candidate sites using tools to compare coverage and quality of the coverage. Using Roof Master tool to finish RFE evaluation. Reduce sector power to finish ES Earth Station Review and file exception requests.

• Complete 5G/ LTE carrier add process using SPM tools such as FUSE, Siterra, and Sitetracker. SPM tasks completion and tracking with Atoll, RFDS, FCC regulatory filing and submissions of EME, EME evaluation/assessment using software tool, Power reduction based on EME feedback, E911 filing, review and approve CD, and creating RFDS and plumbing diagram. CQ creation for 5G/LTE carriers add. Finish Atoll on-air update/closeout package.

• Atoll 5G/LTE RF system design using CBRS, C-Band, PCS, AWS, 2.5GHz and Low Band RF frequency spectrum to achieve high availability and high data throughput. DL, UL, fixed access terminals, mobile traffic coverage, interference reduction. Multipoint Analysis to access interference to incumbent users.

• Using MapInfo and SQL script to compare different RF design on pop coverage and quality of coverage. LTE/5G optimization process development, RF Drive Test using Google Earth KML, TEMS, Python, Define Golden Cluster and Drive Route planning, Drive Test project management and planning, Drive Test Data XCAL/ACTIX/TEMS post- processing, analysis and trouble shooting.

• Small cell and DAS DRAN deployment for capacity and coverage solutions. Validate RF design, BOM and diagram to ensure wiring connection, BOM, antenna types are implementable and meeting full quality requirements. In-door and out-door DAS design site walk, site survey, model tuning.
