I also did remediation on the modules if there was something wrong or out of place. We as a crew was named the Cable Tray Crew. The responsibilities we upholded each and every days was install cable trays, we also installed combiner boxes. We as a crew would walk the Cable trays to the destination which we would use an impact drill to assemble the trays, which we would install the splice plates using 4 bolts, and 4 nuts, we also installed exspansion plates which had 6 bolts and 6 nuts. When we installed Combiner boxes, two people would hold the combiner box up while one would hold the U- Bolt as well as the other co-worker would use the impact to tighten the bolts and nuts together to hold the combiner box up. I also worked with pre-assembly, and wire pulling crew. The wire crew, They pulled wire from PCS to PCS sometime dug small trenches, and back filled the trench. This is Grange Hall Site. Responsibilities was as followed: I ran a 4 man crew including myself our responsibilities was as the trench was cut out we staged 10ft and 20ft cut wire on the post to be connected. Also after the trench was trenched out we ran wire from array to array. We handled all the Underground electrical wire. We also installed the ground rods around the PCS's. I was also called back after we were done for remediation where we would walk down every array checking for bad wire and broken solar panels. I also corrected and re-ran damaged wires, this was part of the Plug and Play Crew. I also drove a Lowell which i would transport Solar Panels to the correct array. As a Forman i had to attend Forman meetings also i had to turn in the correct paper work at the end of the day. I had to fill out a JHA's, I also had to read Blue prints of the Work site and my everyday installment of the wire and the array and the trench, also wrote out data sheets, the amount of production a day we did, and I had to keep a positive attitude and most of all be Professional and Caring about my crew and the work production every day. Read Blue Prints for laser machine I had to send all the programs to the machine which gave the command from the computer via laser machine. The parts was mostly cut out for peanut pickers, Armada tractor parts, also used a plasma cutter and a combination tube/sheet/metal cutter. Sometime had to use a hammer and chisel to get the slags off a cut peice of metal, had to a just the lens to the proper adjustment of the metal which i cut a differnt shapes sizes of metal.
