During my internship I was able to work hands on with Judge Rice. I was able to hear a couple of court cases and also talk with the federal district attorney. I got to meet some FBI agents as well as public defenders. I was very grateful for this experience and it gave me a hands-on look of what actually goes on inside the court since I would like to pursue law.

National Pan-Hellenic Council-Director of Special Events and Programming

Since I have crossed over into my organization, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, I have had the chance to be elected the Director of Special Events and Programming. My responsibility is to run all our traditional events such as Step Show, Yard Show, Stroll Competition and more, and also plan retreats and events within the NPHC community.

I have been apart of UBLSA since my first year of undergrad. In this organization we have many guest attorneys come speak, LSAT prep, resume and development workshops and even mentor ships with our Grad chapter. During my time as secretary I have the responsibility of maintaining notes and records on all activities of the organization, including meetings, events and members.

Streetlight Mob Dance Crew- Treasurer & Vice President

My involvement in this dance crew has included being responsible for fundraising, keeping track of where all of the money goes and also leading practices.

At the Ohio State University I am a part of the Young Scholars Program which is offered to first generation students that show financial need. I have been a part of this program since my freshman year of high school. As an ambassador my role is to give younger students a great experience and a look into the student life.

I AM ME: Girls mentoring

My senior year of high school I established a mentoring group for young girls in 7th and 11th grade. We got together every Wednesday and discussed about mental health, sexual education, peer pressure and much more.
