Working as a bartender/server at an extremely high-volume restaurant, containing a full bar/lounge which serves a full menu to the bar/lounge patrons and often dining room guests. Customers are allowed to seat themselves without being greeted by a host, nor provided with menus or wait time, so you must be fast and alert.

Bartenders are expected to handle no less than 5 six tops, 4 four tops, 17 seats at the bar as well as making all alcoholic beverages for the servers.
