As a W2 contract working as an Electrical Designer using Microstation V8,on medium high voltage interfacing equipment on FGD power plant stations in the Pneumatic Transport division for American Electrical Power (AEP)

This would include electrically interfacing with pneumatic controlled operated valves with limit switches.

The process is transporting dry bulk material through fluidization and injection air systems.

Many of the processes involve the use of PLC’s with digital and analog 4/20 ma signals.

Assisted in creating the Functional Description of the operation procedure.

This would include the use of low voltage switchgear with connections terminated into MCC Power Panels.

This is all involved with an electrical design team generating integrating ACI & DSI Retrofit systems into one of AEP largest units.

Fire Alarm and Intrusion designs for PPL Nuclear Berwick/Susquehanna plants and Tobyhanna Army Depot.

This required hard wired and remote telemetry to be integrated with other automated equipment and panels previously on site.

Setting up and installing stainless steel piping for liquid food products to be distributed around high speed large volume bakery producing over 200,000 bread and rolls daily.
