I have completed a MSc in Groundwater Management at Freiberg Technical University, and MSc in Applied Geophysics at University of Bucharest with first class grade and the year prior, l also graduated with Masters in Hydrography Category A from HafenCity University of Hamburg, Germany. Work Experience

• Currently, working at Uisce Éireann as Water Treatment Operative (WTO).

• 18/03/2019 - 01/04/2019, I worked at Wallenfels in Bavaria and Karstic region of Franconia in Northern part of Bavaria, Germany. The role involves the following responsibilities: Groundwater discharge and quality coupled with site catchment Area and Base flow interaction. Geochemistry measurement in Zeyern River, using Test Kits Titration method to investigate chloride, carbonate and total hardness coupled with pH and electrical conductivity using meterMettler-Toledo MP220 and in Laboratory using photometric method (HACH DR/2000, DR/890 colorimeter); and ion chromatographic method. In order to identify anomalously mineralized surface waters associated with geothermal fluids upstream and downstream focusing on the following chemical compounds in water column: Ammonia; Nitrate; Nitrite; Sulphate, Iron; and Silicate coupled with cations and anion. Discharges: the following tools were used for Flow Velocity measurement: Mechanical current meters Electromagnetic current (OTT MF pro), Thomson-Weirs and Drop-Bucket. 2

• 13/07/2015-23/11/2016, worked as Mapping Surveyor for Geo-Info at Swindon / UK, using Mala Professional, CAT and Genny4 and GPS. 2

• 31/2003/14-01/12/2014, I worked as a freelancer on the INFOMAR project for Geological Survey of Ireland

(GSI)/ Dublin. The role involves the following responsibilities:

Initial manipulation of hydrographic multibeam raw data and ancillary tidal data, along with GNSS data using Applanix POSPAC software v.6.2 and Total Commander V.7.

Processing of multibeam raw data acquired from GeoSwath Plus and Kongsberg EM3002 systems using the CARIS suite of processing software.

• 25/11/2013 – 30/03/2014, I was employed to be a surveyor, using Ground Penetrating Radar IDS (GPR), Mala Professional, CAT and Genny. The main tasks include: Utility detection and mapping Rebar detection; GPS, Leica Scan Station C10/C5 and Total station for Murphy Surveys Global Consulting Surveyors at Kildare/Ireland.

• In 2008, Industrial Sponsor University work: I worked as hydrographic Surveyor on two separate surveying projects. The first project consisted of surveying of two shipwrecks, one sunk in the 17th century and the second during World War two in Hamburg,Germany. Surveying was carried out using Multibeam Reson Seabat8101 echo sounding, Innomar 2000 Side Scan Sonar, Parametric Sub-bottom Profiler System and Magnetometer on board of Level- A surveying vessel.

• The second project was carried out on an Archaeology Project on Shlie Fjord in north of Hamburg, Germany using the same technologies mentioned above.

• In 2007, Bathymetry Measurements took place in River Elbe near Hamburg using mainly single beam (FZ Litugraph) and Multi beam echo sounder (Reson Seabat 8101).

• In 2007, at Sonardyne Ltd in Plymouth/UK, practical training on ultra-short, short, and long baseline using acoustic positioning system (Transponders and ROV).

• In 2006, I worked as a Land Surveyor for Irish Archaeology Consultancy (Dublin), Surveying and setting out of Highway (M3).

• 2000-2001, I worked as a Land Surveyor for Wasson Limited Surveys Consultants, some surveys of roads and establishment of schools in Cork (Ireland).
