I work to process life insurance, long-term care, annuities, and other financial policies. I am also responsible for follow-up to ensure that all applications are processed promptly and reply to any outstanding questions from underwriting. Once in place I am responsible for getting all delivery documents returned to the company. I have worked in and had to learn several new electronic application processing programs as well as two different CRM systems.

Work with the Contracts and Legal team to handle many of the administrative processes of new and updated contracts, non-disclosure agreements and negotiations for government sales, export compliance as well as monitor overhaul and repair process. This can include review of the contract revisions for changes in shipment dates as well as quality or other contractual changes. I am also in charge of the accounts of two of Robertson’s largest OEM customers. This includes order entry, invoicing and shipping of the orders. In order to do this, I work with our Engineering, Quality and Production departments to ensure on time and quality delivery of our products. As well as routine office work such as filing, word processing, scanning and organization.
