I was a temporary Amazon Associate in which I worked in what was called outbound. In outbound I loaded trailers with packages as well as sending boxes to their respective trailers. I was also a Learning Ambassador in which I helped onboard 40 people to learn the outbound functions. As a learning ambassador I also helped with supplemental training which had me train modules to any associates that were missing parts from their training. During my tenure as a Learning Ambassador I also became an Out of Office Trainer. In which I helped my learning superiors with their office jobs and responsibilities. I also helped set up a project in which we limited the amount of unscanned packages to the trailers. This helps other Amazon locations identify exactly how many packages they are receiving. This in turn improved efficiency within the warehouse. During this process I became a process guide for Problem Solve. This function allowed me to guide the problem solvers to help them appropriately and efficiently do their job. Education
