•EDI programmer: custom development to process each customers unique implementation of EDI messages. Developed innovative tools to quickly identify and resolve EDI errors.

•Backend web developer: created and maintained custom software for order processing and automation. I provided the backend web development for 25+ web sites designed for customers.

•Software developer: Created new custom applications and modified existing applications for both distribution, inventory, and warehousing. Including reports for many of these processes.

•Unix scripting: Created new processes and modified existing processes using Korn shell scripting. This provided automation to existing processes that interfaced with Baan.

•Designed and implemented a loaner tool program that automated the creation of sales orders for deliveries and then tracked time of customer possession with scheduled notification for the return of the product.

•Batch processing: Created and maintained software for batch processing and mass creation of sales orders. This process automated the mass creation of many thousand sales orders at a time.

•Auditing of batch processing: Created and maintained software to monitor and analyze all automated batch processing and report any detected failures via SMS text messaging. This was a new and innovative tool to monitor Baan batch jobs and identify and report any failures.

•Label Software Administration: Managed the creation of printers, printer queues, user access, and maintained the software to the current version.

•Data Management: Created custom software for data loading, data extraction and data analysis.
