Qualifications:

I have been a boilermaker/millwright for 40 + years, with over 30 years as a boilermaker superintendent. I have a strong welding background in either new construction or repair of power plants, oil refineries, and paper mills.

I have been a project superintendent or technical advisor on the erection or repair of numerous power boilers and approximately 24 HRSG boilers from most of the HRSG manufacturers, Deltak, Alstom, NEM, Foster Wheeler, and repair on Nooter Eriksen.

My piping and millwright experience has been in and around boilers, turbines and the auxiliary equipment associated with power plants, paper mills, and refineries

Experience:

2015 to Present. GE/Field Core.

Working for Field Core as a HRSG TFA on various maintenance projects.

2013-2015 Siemens Energy.

Working as construction consultant for Siemens Energy in both Orlando

Florida and Alberta Canada on an oil fracking project for Shell Oil,

Peace River Alberta Canada.

2011-2012 Foster Wheeler Corporation.

Recently worked in Chile on a Foster Wheeler CFB boiler superheater tubes replacement.

Working on the restart at Delaware City Refinery as the boilermaker/mechanical superintendent

2009 -2010 CH2MHill

Worked as a site superintendent for CH2MHill in Gainesville, Florida at the GRU Generating Station overseeing the bag house,duct work and turbo absorber and civil work .

2007-2009 Shaw Stone & Webster

Boilermaker / Mechanical Supt at the PSE&G Mercer BET project in Trenton, NJ. Supervising the assembly and erection of two Alstom SDA’s, two PJFF bag houses, two Howden booster fans, and two thousand feet of duct, supplied by Shaw.

2005-2006 Foster Wheeler Corporation.

Project Superintendent at the Florida Power and Light, Martin Plant, Indian Town Fla. Prior to this job I was in the US Virgin Islands. As the project superintendent on the boiler repairs for the Water and Power Authority VI. St Thomas and St Croix.

2003 – 2005 Frank Lill & Son, Inc.;

Project Manager/Superintendent Replacement of the LP Evaporator modules in a Nooter Eriksen HRSG boiler for the New York Power Authority NY.

2002 – 2003 Foster Wheeler Corporation;

Technical advisor for three FW triple-wide HRSG Boilers in SUNOCO Marcus Hook Refinery in Marcus hook Pa.

I have worked on various refinery projects in both Pennsylvania and New

Jersey, as either the project superintendent or area superintendent.

2000 – 2001 GE Power Systems;

Mechanical superintendent responsible for erection of two NEM HRSG’s boilers, four GE 7FA gas turbines, and one D-11 steam turbine,BOP piping and civil work at the Santee Cooper power project in Iva, SC.

Boilermaker Superintendent - Refurbished the breaching and stack at New York State facility.

Worked in Indonesia and Mexico as a HRSG boiler technical advisor.

Working as either a boilermaker superintendent or estimator on power plants and refineries in the Philadelphia, Delaware and New Jersey area.

Supervising the erection of two Deltak HRSG boilers, one GE steam turbine two GE gas

turbines and filter house, at J.F Kennedy airport in New York.
