Manager of Subcontracts (General Dynamics) for part of a $2,100,000,000.00 multi billion NYS (FAR/DFAR) Homeland Security Project Revealed ~ $20,000,000.00 of contract charges, in breach of contract terms and conditions. My average ROI for all subcontracting is approximately 5%,of the contract spend.

1/2002-5/2008 National Grid, Sr. Purchasing Agent, Defense Subcontractor, (purchased Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation), Syracuse, NY.

I continued with the same or increased responsibilities as identified below.

Prior to 1/2002, began 1/26/1970 Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation Sr.Subcontract Administrator Defense Subcontractor, Albany, NY, to Syracuse, NY to San Jose, Ca., to Liverpool NY, to Oswego NY, and return to Syracuse, NY. Provided contract oversight for a $120,000,000.00 Nuclear Generation subcontract in California. A $4.5M cost savings was recovered in my first month as part of a NYS $6,500,000,000.00 B nuclear plant contract.

Achieved all three Degrees at night College, over 11 years, while working full time and raising a family with my wife, in Albany, NY Syracuse, Liverpool, Oswego N.Y. and California.

Recognized by New York State for active and successful participation, with the Minority, Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) . Also recognized by my employer for consecutive years of being the top achiever with MWBE’s in our business unit.
