I was a CSR, in a call center. I help members schedule trips, cancel trips, reroute trips, or help find transportation for their doctors' appointments. I had to have amazing time management, customer relations, and schedule management. I worked Monday through Friday usually 40 + hours a week, and never missed a day of scheduled work hours. I was looking for a company to grow with, and to advance in.

Last two years I was a Credit Manager. I was in charge of pulling customers' credit reports, approving credit, and setting credit limits.

I was responsible for directing the front cashiers. Taking care of scheduling their hours. I was in charge of opening and closing the store. Taking the deposits to the bank.

As the credit manager, I also was in charge of outside collections and the warehouse staff. I went on repossession's and had the Lowest delinquency in eight years of that company. EDUCATION
