Set up for welding according to blue prints and work order specifications. Use industrial saw to cut and prepare material - beams, pipe, angle iron etc... Prepare material by cleaning and positioning in specific paint area. Use industrial paint sprayer to prime/paint all finished jobs. Operate angle grinders, magnetic drills, oxy acetylene torch, various squares and measuring tape to prepare parts for welding.

• Move parts into position, manually or with hoists or cranes.

• Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications, and using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools.
