Customer Returns/Decant Specialist

I worked in one of Amazon’s largest customer returns facilities here in Lexington, picking and sorting through returned items based on usage and standing condition, then entering that data into a computer systems database.
After a month or so, at excelling at that position, I was trained in another role at the warehouse called Decant. This position was pretty much all physical, lifting all kinds of boxed items upwards of 50+ pounds, cutting them open, and placing the opened boxed item on a conveyer that takes it to the customer returns picking and sorting department.
Professional Skills and Education:
• Data entry, averaging about 50-60 words per minute.
• Familiar with building home PC systems, received additional training in repairs to Mac hardware.
• Experienced with Windows OS, MacOS, and Mobile iOS.
• Frequently work with office computer programs Excel, Numbers, Word, Powerpoint and Keynote.
• Diploma earned as a graduate of Madison Southern High School. Also spent time studying computer design and development at Spencerian College.
