Project details: Total area: 40883.10 sq.mt (Building area: 7461.40 sq.mt, Non- building area 33421.70 sq.mt and the remaining area covered with the forest). Building Area: Main building is single storied building and the guest rooms are connect with the three different levels (GF, Level 1 & Level -1).

Totally 50 no of guest rooms, it consist 48 no of guest room and 2 no of presidential suites. These 50 rooms are contain the 7 no of individual blocks. Guest room built up area is 2234.40sq.mt (48nos) & Presidential suite built up area is 134 sq.mt (2nos). • Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction & fabrication in Conformance with project specifications, scope of work and in accordance with the approved Project schedule.

• Manage and oversee the day to day construction management of the project.

• Monitor and report to project manager and operation manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.

• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.

• Attending weekly progress meeting with project team and discuss about site issues and resolving on time.

• Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project.

• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.

• Delegating work to colleagues with the team.

• Co-ordinate and manage the civil construction engineer’s daily duties as required.

• Directly communicate with direct construction workers and subcontractors if any queries.
