Laser Mark Processor / Programmer

•Check all machines and programs to ensure they are working properly.

•Monitor the production list on System M2M to laser for each day.

•Visually check each order by the date, part number, material serial number, quantity, and drawing.

•Reads blueprints and uses calipers, micrometers, gage pins,VMM, and other inspection equipment to inspect parts.

• Analyze failures and determine solutions. Final inspections and Audits.

•Ensure to follow Manufacturing Processes and Work Instruction with GMP.

•Write program for Lase mark machines to run prototypes of new products.

•Inspection 100% laser marking on the parts to match with the drawings (CAD).

•Maintain laser mark machines and tool kit, fixtures.

•Follow up and update daily production, deadlines and Expedite orders.

•Support QA Department to find defects in each line before final inspections.

•Check all laser machines and robots before engraving logos on the products and download programs onto laser machines.

•Run special laser engraving (manually or automatic) on sample productions.
