Here it needs to understand the current market business and map the global template with their business. ●Working as a Functional owner in the implementation of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) in 27 markets in 2 phases.

●I am part of the core team to understand the current business scenario of TPM. Discuss about the necessary localization required, find out the gap between old and new solution.

●Find out the necessary configurations of Pricing Condition, Number Range, Batch Job, etc.

●Worked in the new development of Pay-in Goods (from Lump-sum and Variable Rebate Accrual amount) and Volume Trade Spend based on previous year Actuals for Lump-sum rebate.

Nestle GLOBE project stands for “Global Business Excellence”. This is one of the largest SAP implementation projects in SAP R/3 various other technology platforms. The objective of the project is to unlock Nestlé’s business potential by creating and adapting common best business processes globally. The program approach is to build successive versions of a globe template that will be rolled out with increased functionalities and localize the globe template at a regional/market level and deploy it rapidly within individual markets.

●Working as a team leader and senior consultant for 10 members’ team.

●Communicate with business to understand requirements and ensure that processes and integration of new functionality are aligned with the business operating model. Knowledge of integration with BI.

In ‘Philip Morris International’ (PMI) Regression Testing service works as support. Whenever any changes or Transport imported to the Development system, it tested in the Pre-Production system. Change coordinator of different process area raise a request for test that particular change in Pre-Production system. Regression testing team finds out the corresponding Regression scripts for that change with the help of change coordinators. Execute those scripts by automated tool QTP. Regression testing system is refreshed every year by Production system, Stabilization of all the Regression test scripts. Also, for new affiliates create new automated scripts by QTP.
