Responsible for all capital repair projects from Begining to end.located out of the Hruska courthouse in Omaha,NE.I am resposible for all Admin duties Payroll, Asset managment and Quality control for all of the PMs and work orders distibuted to 3 Mechanics on a daily basis.Managing the space and keeping track of all outside vendors that are called in for capital repairs.
