ACTIVITIES

I got back into management as I felt a void in my heart while I was away. Not sharing those moments with your team, the pride of when a group of people will come in and move mountains with no time notice and they do it because of their loyalty for you. Helping people with their work life balance so they can be the best they can be while at work but also in their personal lives. Balancing the tight rope of that yourself, and then helping others figure it out. Comradery and sense of belonging to something successful. Making a huge impact to an organization and being loved and respected for it.
