Investigate and find resolution of specific processing problems for assigned projects/ parts.
Design/ modify fixtures, holding devices, cutting tools and gauges for production and prototype requirements.
Continuous monitoring on machine tool usage for cost reductions.
Knowledge/ applications on all kind of cutting tools such as inserts, drills, taps, reamers, burnishers… and tool holders…
Estimate cycle times and cost for each operation and process to assist in preparation of quotations.
Conduct time studies to optimize productivity.
Set production targets and goals.
Track performance data and analyze CMM reports.
Apply the core tools: FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC and MSA to managing variations and minimize errors from process.
Work in team environment in various projects as prototypes...
