The communication engine is integrated with all AHM workflows and customer applications. The Campaign Manager is a standalone business user interface for the Communication Engine. The Thunderhead/Smart Communications product will be used for document generation, and the post-processing of emails and letters will be managed by a third-party vendor called Aarna Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyzes and rationalizes existing letter templates in order to consolidate many templates into smaller numbers of shared templates during transition of communications to Communication Engine from legacy processes.

Receives configuration requests from account, implementation, and product managers; provides analysis for use of existing templates or necessity for creation of new templates; completes configuration per requested dates.
