2007: Recognition “Model Basketball Player (exemplary behavior in and out of the basketball court) of the year 2006,” awarded by Nicaraguan basketball Federation

(FENIBAL).

2009- Member of the Nicaraguan Basketball Team that won the Gold Medal in the “XII Central American Games held in Panama.”

This is a hallmark in our history because that was the first time we defeated Costa Rica and Panama.

Hobbies, Interests and Qualities:

Main sport: Basketball, swimming, football, softball, chess, jogging. After 17 years as Diplomat I consider myself: Open minded, down to earth, respectful to other people beliefs, attention to global affairs by reading international English/ Spanish newspapers, as well as a wide variety of TV/Radio news programs, mainly through Internet. Keenness to work anyplace, anywhere my country sends me, as I have the capability to interact with citizens from anywhere in the world (regardless of their culture, religion, race and sexual inclination etc.).

I have got a steel discipline that allows me to achieve difficult tasks in adverse conditions.
