Inventory control - Responsible for inventory accuracy in a 130,000 square foot facility. Kane uses Manhattan Scale. The Customer uses Oracle. Used the WMS to research and correct inventory issues. Maintained on going Quality issues within Manhattan. Wrote SOP's and established procedures for the facility. Was responsible for both internal and external audits. From either the customer, FDA or Kane. Also responsible for any recalls which needed to be completed within two (2) hours from initial notification. Just completed the first quarter inventory. out of 914,595 cases counted. we had one anomaly of 20 cases. That gave us an accuracy rate of 99.99998%. After investigation, it was found that it was a clerical error on the customers side.

Production Supervisor - Supervise all aspects of production. From pricing, scheduling and raw material order placement. To man power usage. Took over a division that had only billing of $200,000 and a profit margin of 15% in 2020. In 2021 we billed $990,000 with a profit margin of 56%. When I left in 2022 we were on track to bill $1,250,000 with a profit margin of 59%. My knowledge in lean manufacturing, use of time studies and just in time ordering was instrumental to this turn around. Inventory Supervisor
