Counselor
Employment & Training Services - Morristown, NJ - 2008 to 2011 Dealt with huge population of unemployed clients that were seeking helpful guidance, job search and kills to get back into the workforce. Mass amounts of these clients, were hugely impacted and were needing the services endured. I was involved on getting these individuals back into the workforce by enabling them to enhance their skills as well as to educate what was needed with their job search and implicated schooling to those who needed extra skills to obtain a job. I was also involved with group of young specialized kids in a school setting. I met with each one on a monthly basis and guided them into the right path of success such as teaching them the right skills and education that each child could need, endure in the future.
