ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a HSE Regional Manager, developing, implementing, and managing health and safety policies and procedures, HSE related Document in the workplace.

As a HSE Regional Manager, developing and implementing workplace safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA standards, ISO 45001, and Country HSE code of Practices and Reviewing existing policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date.

Incident Management and documentation for reporting record including encouraging reporting of near misses besides other incidents, recording, and analyzing them, planning implementing corrective actions for all the projects.

As a HSE Regional Manager will perform safety audits, physical inspection, Accident Investigation, conduct safety training sessions, Emergency properness mock drill, risk assessments and creating initiatives to reduce and prevent accidents on site.

Overseeing the company's daily operations and identifying opportunities for improvement of safety regulations and present annual safety reports to management.

Generation of periodic report in prescribed format and sharing the same with competent authorities. Such as Project Client, Local authority etc.

Collaborating with management to plan and implement a safety protocol budget.

Lead HSE for the program and regularly attend meetings with the client & Local Authority to provide them with the assurance that HSE is being managed in accordance with legal and contractual obligations by all stakeholders

Providing guidance to the project management team regarding health and safety issues and ensuring the site complies with all industry, local, state, and federal guidelines CAREER ACHIEVEMENT:
