Position covering the DFW Metroplex

Reported time and expenses weekly to management located in Houston, TX

Job duties were to download schedule every weekday morning.

Pick up parts listed on schedule from local FedEx Hub.

Make business and residential service calls to scheduled customers and performed Dell warranty repairs locally on customer site.

Repairs experienced were approximately 80% laptop motherboards, 15% LCD replacement, 5% other miscellaneous replacements and repairs as needed.

The time and expense software was a combination of three different applications used in conjunction:

Job duties as the first assignment as an e-commerce listing agent were to

process and choose what was deemed as valuable enough to sell online from the literally tons of daily donations.

This first assignment ended when an IT position became available.

After applying and interviewing, a promotion to the IT department occurred to a support technician/analyst position. I would remain in this position until being laid off due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

During my employment, the responsibilities included personal store visits to 26 stores in and outside of Fort Worth territories where I would install, repair, cable, update and/or upgrade software and hardware as needed to allow all stores to be able to keep the cash registers up and always running.

I also performed routine maintenance in all stores as needed directed by a set schedule that would allow all the hardware to always be running and performing as designed.
