Notes regarding employment gap – 2014 - 2016
I retired with full retirement from Univar USA in August 2014.
A tragic, widely reported incident occurring 8-7-2013 when my son, Michell Cook, became a victim of Sudden Cardiac Arrest at football practice Canyon High in Anaheim. As a single father of two kids, my focus was spent on helping my other son survive the event. The publicity over this event affected him and it was very difficult to keep him on track.
I am happy to say my efforts paid off and Matt graduated from Canyon High School in June 2017.
