Full-time Position - 40 hours per week.

• Managed Projects by completing tasks and entrusting others for tasks such as: 1. Windows Server 2003 OS to Windows Server 2008 upgrades/migrations which included installing application on new OS Servers.

2. Windows Server 2008 OS to Windows Server 2012 upgrades/migrations which included installing application on new OS Servers.

3. Oracle 10g (Windows) to 11g (Linux) Database Upgrades from Application Servers to be compatible and working properly in the Application.

4. Gather data on Application related Bugs that related to Oracle 11g (Linux) Database upgrade. 5. Through Application testing on Oracle 11g (Linux) database, determined a minimum Application version to be used.

6. Assisted Development on back-patching earlier versions as a "HOT-FIX" and minimum version to upgrade for fix.

7. Created and maintained Project to upgrade Hosted Environments to the minimum Version and determined which environments had to use the "HOT-FIX" Version. 8. Created and maintained Project to upgrade Applications from 5.4.X.X to 5.5.X.X on Oracle 11g Client to maintain PCI/PII compatible.

9. Assisted Development on Utility to be used for migrating Customer's Data to/from Self-Hosted into Hosting Environments.

10. Assisted Development on creating documentation for installing Application using Oracle 12c WebLogic.

11. Installed Applications on Hosted Environments, configured specific for each customer and created monitoring alerts.

12. Managed Maintenances for hosted environments by implementing OS Patching, as well as quarterly CPU Patching and upgrades.

13. Created and maintained Operational Acceptance Documentation for handing off newly build environments.

14. ScrumMaster - Worked with "Build" team (team that installed Application) through Operational Acceptance Testing to ensure the server environment was built and configured correctly per the Customer's needs.

15. DevOps role working closely with development on rolling out new software. Tested to ensure Application was in working order.
