MTS is a software company that provides software to medical device companies to track their devices.

MTS develops iTraycer, which is proprietary software that enables case scheduling and advanced medical device inventory tracking, ordering, and replenishment through a robust combination of a mobile app and web-based platform

Integral part of the initial startup of the firm. Created a medical device tracking and inventory management system to assist manufacturers and distributors to keep track of inventory. Using our system, they were able to generate audit logging of every device and all the parts, maintain status levels, reporting, and FDA recalls. I created a service layer API that is used by the iPhone App to talk to the database through the business objects. Geolocation, pinning, and part and tray usage came from the iPhone App by the sales reps.

I also created manufacturing software that is used on the line to scan in used trays coming in for cleaning, sterilization, and part replenishment each part of the line assigned a different status. The software also provides a loaner interface, package slips and shipping. Stryker Spine, our biggest client used this software to automate their $900 million in inventory manufacturing process.
