From 1995 to the present, Boss Copier and Fax provides service for the South Texas region on most major makes and models of copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines, shredders, plotters, duplicators, microfiche, typewriters, etc. My specialized experience is defined as planning, organizing, directing daily and carrying out services and solving day-to-day problems, identifying the underlying causes of providing advice to management concerning monitoring of detailed affirmative action problem machines,and plans to maintenance equipment. We also re manufacture most major makes and models of copier and printer toner cartridges.

07/1994 to 10/1995;

Leslie Allen Company,Service Technician, Company out of business Service Technician on small copiers, Hewlett Packard laser printers, dot matrix printers,

IBM and Brother typewriters, fax machines, paper shredders, in-shop trouble shooting,

repairing typewriters power supplies, replacing capacitors and resistors on machine circuit boards, re manufacturing of laser printer toner cartridges, responsible for inventory control, upkeep on company vehicle and mileage reporting. 05/1994 to 08/1995;

While starting Boss Copier and Fax by day, I worked nights at Wal-Mart as part of the overnight maintenance team. After 30 days, I was promoted to the Layaway Department.

I also worked in the Sporting Goods Department, Electronics Department, and was responsible

for customer service and for counting and processing the average of $500.00 daily, with maintaining the corporate target processing rate of 8 minutes per customer. When Boss Copier and Fax grew to a full-time occupation, I left Wal-Mart. 10/1984 to 07/1993;

In 1986, I transferred to Dallas, Texas and worked a high-pressured North Dallas territory for which I was responsible for customer satisfaction, the repair, retrofit

and testing of Xerox office equipment. As spokesperson for a work group team and principal advisor on customer- related issues, I provided authoritative advice on all matters related to the feasibility and impact of programs,

plans, policies and decisions for call escalation processes. I provided a continuing

positive guidance to management at all levels and concentrated on individual, institutional,

and systemic problem resolutions.

I took technical training classes on over 52 different office machines consisting of fax machines, copiers, and Memory-writers. In 1992, I was trained on Dell computers.

I had numerous Xerox customer relations training courses which emphasized that 90 percent of the technician's efforts should be dedicated to understanding and satisfying

the customer's needs and the residual 10 percent dedicated to repairing the equipment.
