Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains patient care database by entering new information as it becomes available; verifying findings and reports; backing up data.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies. Managing, counseling, and following up with patients and employees with Covid 19 positive or PUI in different settings like while patients are in hospitals, ambulatory or others. Detecting and preventing possible outbreaks under the organization. Implementing Health Department requirements and CDC guidelines. Managing ECW and trackers information.
