Analyst II ( Invoice Review )

As a Client Service Specialist, I am the responsible individual for handling clients requests and queries.

Primary role in reviewing the invoices for North America region accounts on a quarterly and monthly basis. Handled more than 300+ invoices per quarter. Monitoring and handling the queries raised by customers and RM's. Helping the clients by clearing the doubts, providing the relevant solutions and updating them through email communications with proper comments and justifications and much more.

Major in reviewing and approving the Invoices and ensuring all the Invoices are delivered to the clients before the deadline.

Initiating to open an account on the fee system portal i.e ORMB as per clients instructions and need.

Closing the account on the ORMB tool and routing the cases to the respective teams to handle the remaining activities including cash balance. Archival of the cases post review and completion.

Setting up the accounts in the fee system for respective Client IDs and ensuring to follow the accurate allocation method.

Monitoring the fee schedule and the invoices to ensure the billing is done as per schedule.

Managing the fee system for the clients and making the necessary changes as per their requirement.

Involved in team meetings, MOM preparations, KT for partners and documentations. Amazon Development Center India Pvt. Ltd.

Process Associate

Responsible for mapping the Items/Products for Amazon against competitor websites.

Finding an exact matches for the amazon products in Brazil market place through GPS mappings by comparing wide varieties of products. Matching the products by quantity, color and specifications. Reached targets on time and capable of completing given targets without any excuse. Auditing the products mapped by fellow colleagues. Separating the OOS products with the in stock products and Zipcode Analysis. Involved in team meetings, communicated new ideas for development and improvement for faster work progress.
