Coordinate the day – to -day operations of pool construction. Set crews daily work schedule and align required material / equipment to complete the project. Work closely with customers throughout the process to achieve satisfactory completion of pool.

Employer: Thomas David Builders LLC 2013-2023

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Responsible for coordinating multiple projects at one time ranging from $500,000 to $4,500,000+ for new home construction. Work with clients to make selections and process any change order requests. Scheduled all contractors beginning at foundation to final finish and ensuring that all necessary work be completed to meet closing date deadlines. Obtained estimates for various trades completing work.

Employer: The Goodman Group - Omaha, Nebraska 2007-2012

Job Title: Community Manager

Responsible for 259 unit class “C” market rate community. Responsibilities included supervision of a team of 12, all financial aspects of property management including budget preparation, variance reports, posting rents, vendor and contract negotiation. Increased physical occupancy from 80% physical occupancy and 10.6% delinquency to 95% physical occupancy and 1.3% delinquency.

During my time with the Goodman Group I received the Assistant Manager of the year award for the AAGOL Stars of Excellence in 2008.

Employer: Maggie McCalls Bar and Grill - Omaha, Nebraska 2004-2007

Job Title: Manager

Manage day to day operations of the bar and grill. Ordered and inventoried all necessary products to function the bar. Worked closely with Vendors, wait staff / bartenders, band managers, cook staff and owner. Scheduled and managed up to 10 employees. I was also the lead bartender and provided excellent customer service to patrons visiting the establishment

EDUCATION

Millard West High School - Omaha, Nebraska 1996-2000

Graduated in May, 2000 with a 3.33 g.p.a. I received the Who’s Who Amongst American Students award two years in a row (1997 and 1998). Only one percent of high school students receive this award twice in a row.

Great Plains School of Real Estate - Omaha, Nebraska 2005-2006

Attended Principals and Practices of Real Estate, and Real Estate Finance classes. Completed all coarse requirements and received certificates of completion in both.
