I built a successful Securities business concentrating on the CSFA (California State Fire-fighter Association) benefits, helping clients position their brokerage portfolios to achieve financial success for retirement, college, real-estate purchases and final expenses. I sold my securities business in 2004 to another agent brokerage. Along the way I became a FAA licensed private pilot in 1996 with FAA licensed Small Unmanned Aircraft System (drone) - Remote Pilot Part 107 certification in 2016. I have held series 6 and 63 licenses as well as a life, accident, and health insurance license. I have been estimating damaged vehicles and repairing since 2004 through 2010 with Hot Ride, Inc. BACKGROUND
In early June 2010 through September 2012, I worked claims in Bozeman, Montana on over 450 vehicle hail claims, 22 vehicle accident claims, 102 residential hail claims, 2 residential fire claims, 14 commercial building hail claims and aircraft hail damage claims. Since the end of September 2010, to current, I have completed an additional 5,224 additional residential property, flood, wind, fire, hail and earthquake day claims in California, Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

I stopped doing daily auto claims due to the lack of consistency of receiving enough claims per month, when I went to New York for Hurricane Sandy, did areal inspection of losses. I am interested in doing auto claims, farm equipment, boats, aircraft, heavy equipment, and semi-truck claims for storms or with a firm that has a potential for a consistent flow of claims. In May 2011, I was contracted for a little over 4 months to work for 7 days a week on day rate for the Nationwide Companies conducting areal roof, property, inspection along with exterior and interior inspections. I was responsible for claims in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbra, and Ventura Counties, handling from 5 to 25 claims per week along with coordinating vendors. In April 2012, I worked on over 46 residential hail claims in Coppell and Lewisville Texas and then from mid-June 2012 through the 1st week of October 2012, I handled over an additional 168 residential hail claims, and 11 commercial building hail claims using aerial photography in Chico, California.
In November 2013 through the end of January 2014, I worked over a 154 Hurricane Sandy residential and commercial building claims with use of a drone for roof inspection under FAA Small Unmanned Aircraft System - Remote Pilot Part 107 certification and a private pilot. In October 2016 through December 2016, I worked over a 92 Hurricane Matthew residential and commercial building claims with use of a drone for roof inspection under FAA Small Unmanned Aircraft System - Remote Pilot Part 107 certification and a private pilot. I am based out of Bakersfield and travel throughout the state California for day claims from down south in San Diego and Palm Spring to up north as far as the San Francisco Bay Area, Clear Lake and Chico. Starting in 2019 we inspected utility power poles, and towers in the California and then throughout, including 0 grid areas with authorization and with daily LANNC authorization. We have flown agricultural field using DGI GS Pro/Drone Deploy to create orthomosaic maps and 360 photos using Litchi. Have logged over 1,200 hours flying drones (DJI Phantom 2 Vision, DJI Phantom 3 Advanced, Inspire 1, Mavic 2 Pro Zoom, Mavic Pro 2, Phantom 4 Pro v2.0 and a DJI Matrice 210).
