Experience

Performed as a Desk adjuster, Commercial liability, and General claim examiner for Property & Casualty,

Examined claims from beginning to end Investigated, analyzed, and determined the extent of the claim as the claim owner. I made first contact with insured (FNOL) typed statements, documented conversations, used programs that were acclimated for that company, I reviewed declaration policies, investigated priors, I sent FA inspection assignments out to damaged auto or property, I also handled bodily injury, slip and fall cases, I also handled Property damage to dwellings and Auto damage claims, I notated and documented conversation related to claim. When going over our field adjusters estimate, sometimes it was necessary to collaborate the estimate if needed, I would set up reserves due to the outcome of the claim. Letters were sent upon determination of the claim for resolution such as. Demand letters, adr, spol, supplement, denial, partial denial, and if it was determinte to be a paid claim then payment letters were mailed with pay. I negotiated settlement with Attorneys, AOB, PA, by keeping close correspondence with them. 10 to 15 claims were closed weekly as an examiner/adjuster. Duties performed as an outside Field Adjuster:

Observed damage to dwelling property, taken photos of right, left, front, and back elevations of property, observed roof for damages completed test square, observed interior, also personal property(contents) sketched property, wrote estimate of damages of property, discussed claim with insured while giving excellent customer service. Performed as an auto adjuster:

Worked as auto adjuster for Crawford and company adjuster service and Pilot catastrophe services, Cru adjusters: Giving excellent customer service, ecta, BI, Total loss, Subro, Supplements, obtained police reports, contacted insureds or claimants for fnol, set up body shop appointments also set up car rentals, Obtained MVR title, researched tax brackets by county and state before making payment, researched and reviewed declaration policy for prior losses, settled claim, sent out appropriate letters, made payments Computer software skill set.
