To Whom It May Concern:

This is an honor and a privilege for me to write a letter of recommendation for Kenneth Gordon. Kenneth was my Direct report at Verizon Wireless EDN Operations in Southlake, Texas for approximately 2 1/2 years.

During this time Kenneth was an outstanding employee. He was efficient and organized in his daily tasks, and he also showed motivation in wanting to improve in his work and looked for every opportunity to receive constructive criticism from myself and other managers on how he could achieve that goal.

Kenneth was primarily responsible for imaging new and existing systems with the Verizon Wireless network but he remained versatile to all the team’s needs. He was able to demonstrate his diversity and his knowledge by taking on additional roles within our organization. Kenneth performed the following roles successfully during his time at Verizon: Help Desk Technician, Regional Technician, Imaging Tech, escalation lead and Trainer for new hires.

I humbly submit a strong recommendation for Kenneth for any opportunity within your organization which will give him an opportunity to succeed and continue in his career aspirations. This is not a haphazard recommendation. If Kenneth had not demonstrated these skills while working with me I would not waste my time and sending this letter. He will be a tremendous asset to your organization.

Sincerely,

Brodrick McGill
