Senior Engineer for Sensu.io. Extended an open source provisioning system to provide Sensu assets to users. Extensive use of the Github API and S3 with extensive use of messaging and background processing in SideKiq. bonsai.sensu.io

Senior Engineer for Vived, an educational software company that provides 3D images for science, geology and medicine. The client is built on a JRuby and Rails implementation serving ReactJS with embedded javascript viewer communicating to a Ruby on Rails API. The implementation of the client is in Docker and deployed through Travis and compilation to a WAR file. vivedlearning.com

Senior Engineer for BabySteps, a University of Iowa medical study conducted through a mobile app written in React Native and Redux, with a Ruby on Rails API. The API is hosted on the University servers and is HIPPA compliant. Deployment is automated with DockerHub. Requirements included capturing pictures and video on React Native and uploading to S3. play.google.com Digisight 2017 - 2018

Senior Engineer for Digisight, Inc. a mobile HTML application used to collect testing information from potentially astigmatic patients. Rebuilt their web application and API. Added significant new functionality in the area of biotech studies. Refactored much of the legacy code to rails convention. Added automated testing using minitest.
