I am a seasoned Systems and Advanced Video Engineer with both cloud and security experience, I have worked in various aspects of the IT field for 20 years, and I am always looking for ways to expand my skills and knowledge to secure a place in the ever-changing technology field. I have extensive hands-on experience with all facets of the technology field with knowledge spanning VOIP, Internet, Networking, Systems, Video transport, Cloud platforms, and Cybersecurity. I am currently enrolled in my final term in school for my B.S. in Network Secuirty, and studying for more industry certifications to expand my technical skills.

Systems/ Advanced Video Engineer 2 – Video Support Center – Network Operations

•Break/ Fix Engineering support for all video related products, from satellite receiver to set top box (systems, EC and DAC, headend, transport, IP video, VOD/SDV, EAS, QAM, ad delivery, encoding, etc...)

•Troubleshooting XOS and ABR Encoders and video transport equipment (DCM,vDCM,CAP,IRD, etc..)

•Implementing change work during maintenance windows
