Receive R.F.Q's fom customer. Review R.F.Q. and begin the bid assessment process. Walk down proposed job site to qualify that the provided scope of work is in line with the actual work to be accomplished. Assemble a pre construction team to begin the risk analysis process. Once qualified, review customer provided drawings and initiate any R.F.I.'s for questions pertaining to the provided scope or drawings. Communicate with cutomer if there are any recommended changes or additions to scope or drawings. Complete a comprehensive manual material takeoff and cost estimate. Complete a comprehensive specific Trades labor estimate for total project. Upon award, construct a front loaded comprehensive job schedule to reflect estimated labor hours and customer milestone expectations.
