Summary

One day I choose to make a change with my fitness. I didn’t like how I looked so I went to Total Body

Fitness and I bought a trainer and nutritionist. Through this near 2-year journey I found a passion for

helping people achieve their fitness goals, and I made it my goal to become a certified personal trainer.
