PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

My mission is to serve and share God demonstrating His compassion with others. For the last 25 years I have served as a chaplain, either in the U.S. Army or in a hospital setting. I know how to succeed in a pluralistic environment without compromising my own faith. The Army provided me an opportunity to work with many groups and individuals who may not see things through my eyes. I have extensive experience preparing and preaching sermons, leading worship, counseling, and helping people walk through times of grief. I have worked on a variety of teams including resiliency work groups. My desire is to know God and make Him known to a lost world in need of redemption. I continue to seek how God wants me to carry out that mission. I've had many different kinds of jobs with over 46 years of employment. For brevity some occupations and education were omitted. I will gladly share more if needed. PERSONAL
