Maintain and repair Air Navigational Aids such as INSTRUMENT LANDING SYSTEM, TACTICAL AIR NAVIGATION, NON DIRECTIONAL BEACON, AUTOMATED SURFACE OBSERVING SYSTEM and other equipment with regards to navigation electronics Andrew communication. Operates and maintains associated General Purpose Electronic Test Equipment such as multi-meters, signal and sweep generators, RF spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes and other related equipment. Troubleshoot to the component level on board with discreet component technology, and to the modular level with systems using surface mounted and similar IC technology in accordance with the Navy 3-M System.
