AS ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Review the tender documents and ensure that all data required for pricing are available in the documents.

Prepare technical queries such as details, missing documents pertaining to the tender.

Send enquiries, follow up and receive quotation from various suppliers.

Tender adjudication with the Estimation Manager.

Value engineering change proposals (VECP) to the Client/Contractor.

Carry out Bill of Quantity (BOQ) from drawings for getting material prices.

Tabulation of Price Comparison and Cost Summary.

Occasionally perform site survey, gather information at site and identify customer’s needs for certain projects.

AS PROJECT / SITE ENGINEER

Installation, Testing &Commissioning of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical systems as per design, drawing& related Standards.

Undertakes the detailed engineering, procurement, and supervision and coordination of the installation of HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting, Electrical works for major commercial and light industrial buildings.

Submission of BOQ from drawings, material submittals, variations, change proposals, potential vendor lists, technical details and quantities for quotation enquiry packages.

Ensure the site team executing wok by using the latest approved shop drawings, approved materials, MSRA, QCP and ITP.

Working within the project budget and schedule to achieve and ensure the forecast profit under the supervision of the Project Manager.

Arrange the approval of construction related documents, shop drawings, Site work RFI, MSRA, ITP from authorities.

Manage site meetings with Client/Consultant/Main Contractor for any Site related issues.

Review of - as-built drawings and ensure the site conditions are met, operation & maintenance manuals and project handover documentations.
