Pier to install, I would meet installers on each job to review layout, cabinet hardware selection and placement of hardware. I would walk and assess each job site for each stage of construction. I would communicate with the field superintendent regarding any discrepancies pertaining to plumbing, electrical, venting, flooring, framing, and more. This was to ensure no delays in schedules. Managed daily operations of production, including calling to order parts and supplies from multiple distributors. Created cut sheets when needed to expedite production. Cross trained each employee to achieve optimal efficiency in scheduled jobs. Kept all employees up to date 0n changes made regarding scheduled jobs. Assisted each employee with tasks when needed. Maintained inventory for shop use, for each job scheduled, and upcoming jobs. Maintained and kept the warehouse organized. When needed I cut and modified doors,moldings and cabinets to new dimensions. Managed and performed any minor repairs before scheduling inspections or scheduled subcontractors to return to the job site to repair or complete scope of work. Walk each job site daily.
