EXPERIENCE

– Prepare estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines of shop, state & manufacturer; including DRPs; extra handling of complex claims

– Coordinate with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified

– Oversee compliance with various insurance client requirements, processes and metrics including part selection, OEM and LKQ specifications, detailed photo documentation & time-sensitive submission and decision-making process
