I served in the US Army Infantry Active Duty from 2014-2017. I ETS as a E4 with a Honorable Discharge. I spent most of my time in the Military as a 240B Gunner. Quickly became an expert with the light machine gun and that’s where my company felt I fit perfectly for most of my military career. I spent my last year as a AG and Team Leader for the new 240B Gunner before my ETS date. I deployed to Guam and Thailand in 2015-2016. The Infantry taught me hard work, dedication, Integrity and Honor. I Learned how to focus in the most stressful situations, follow orders as well as making quick decisions, and to complete my tasks no matter the obstacles in my way.

EMERALD QUEEN CASINO

As a Security Officer at Emerald Queen Casino our job duties were to keep the property inside and out as safe as possible for our guests. We would guard doors checking for Minors, people banned from entering the casino, overly Intoxicated guests, and weapons. Security Officers would communicate via ear pieces and radios to quickly react and identify any suspicious or potential threats on the Casino premises. Personally working at the job I experienced handling physical altercations, wanted individuals, drug transactions, domestic violence situations, and I even went hands on with an individual brandishing a knife. Communication and team work was a major part of this job to insure customers and officers were always safe. I worked night shift “graveyard” during my time employed with Emerald Queen.

BREAD DISTRIBUTOR

I owned and operated a bread route for Dave’s Killer Bread. My territory was between Tacoma and Gig Harbor making up 11 stores in total. Safeways, Fred Meyer, Albertsons, metros, and Costco were some of the stores I serviced. This job gave me experience in a 26’ box truck with lift gate. Also gave me knowledge in the with food distribution Industry. I regularly communicated with store managers and the head of the bakeries to ensure sales and display expectations were always met.

A2B TRANSPORT

This is a company I started, working under my own DOT and MC number. I drove a F350 with a 45’ flatbed and a 53’ car hauler. I drove Intrastate going from WA, OR, CA, ID, and MT. This job gave me experience with larger vehicles and trailers, also driving in different weather conditions. I carried anything from Vehicles, Lumber, Construction Equipment, and other various items. I was responsible for picking up and safely delivering to the customer. Insuring the item is secure in transit with tie-downs, belly straps, chains and binders, and occasionally tarps.
