IT Infrastructure Project Manager
Waukesha Data Center Move Project
Responsible for the migration of over 200+ physical/ VM servers, storage and Avamar hardware to two new environments. Coordinated the rebuild, shutdown, decommission of hardware in alignment with vendor contracts and final deposition of the Waukesha Data Center.
Conducted and verified a thorough inventory of all physical & virtual hardware, network, storage, and backup equipment- including identifying dependencies and necessary actions to prevent production outages.
Coordinated the change with all external vendors and customers to whitelist new external egress IPs and testing to ensure readiness.
SD-WAN Implementation Project
Due to slowness with applications connected to the Landmark network. I spearheaded efforts to move 36 branches from the current network to a software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) which improved application speed and reliability.

Mainframe Refactor Program ($14M)
Oversight of infrastructure migration projects within a larger program. Led collaborative efforts to move all application code and vendor software from the Mainframe z/OS operating systems to Linux-based alternatives.
Partnered with the following teams to ensure success: Unix, Windows, Oracle & DB2 DBAs, Network, Identity Management, Storage & Virtual, End User Computing, Security, DevOps, and QA/testing.
Drove the execution of server buildouts for 10+ environments -(Dev-3, Stress-3, UAT, QA, Production-2).
Partnered with Kohl’s DBAs/engineers, Deloitte, and IBM vendors to successfully implement DB2 pureScale database. This is the tool that was used to migrate to Kohl’s private cloud from the Mainframe.

ADTI Domain Migration Program ($1.2M)
Managed Active Directory domain migration efforts for 80K+ users, computer objects, and shop floor devices moving from one platform to another. Led a project team of 30+ people. Owned five of the seven workstreams and delivered them successfully.

Managed the execution of 40+ JCI site conversions throughout the U.S., from the Nortel phone systems to the new Avaya phone systems.
