In Highway Engineering as specialization, having 32 years of professional experience-( Diploma With 19 years & B.tech with 13 Years) in the field of Construction supervision of Roads, Bridges, CD works and other civil works of Projects funded by ADB,World Bank, Self-financing as DBFOT and BOQ packages. I have been extensively engaged in construction supervision, quality control and material testing for Road works, by conducting various tests as per procedures and specifications. Major thrust area comes under various components of flexible and rigid pavement such as, Embankment, Subgrade, sub Base, Base course and bituminous works, DLC and PQC with advance equipments and automatic sensor paver finishers confirming to MORT&H specifications.

My professional experience also covers quantity calculation, cost estimation, work verification as per contract agreement and specification and monitoring the execution of works, quality assurance and conducting various tests as per specifications. Well conversant with IS, IRC guidelines, MORT&H specifications and FIDIC conditions of contract.

Some of the major assignments are:

1)Authority Engineer in Upgradation of Tiruchendur-Palayamkottai-Ambsamudram section of SH 40I under CKICP in EPC mode- Km 0+750 to Km 51+340 ( Including Bypass from Km 25/600 to Km 39/500) – 533.24 crs.- ADB Funded

2)Authority Engineer in Up Gradation of Vriddhachalam – Ulundurpettai Road of SH 69 in Tamil Nadu under EPC mode of CKICP- Km 0+000 to km 21+400-Asian Development Bank Aided project-Cost- 162.50 Crores.

3)Authority Engineer in Up Gradation of Vriddhachalam – Parangipettai Road of SH 70 in Tamil Nadu under EPC mode of TNRSP- Km 0+000 to km 35+800-World Bank Aided project-Cost- 162.43 Crores.

6)World Bank Funded Project (World Bank) – Construction of Roads and Storm water drains in Tiruvannamalai Municipality under assistance from World Bank Fund in TNUIFSL in Tamil Nadu. Total Length of roads – 15.65 Kms (Roads- 130 Nos & Storm Water Drains – 70 Nos.)
