EXPERIENCE DETAILS:

• Firstly, during my educational gap (2013-2014), I worked in a Rubber company, JADE RUBBER PRODUCTS PVT. LTD. It has 3 different manufacturing units which had totally 28 molding machines. I was in charge of all 3 units, from raw materials to finished products along with its Inspection work (reports) were done by me and I worked here for 15 months.

• After my B.E education, I was an employee in MITECK SYSTEMS PVT. LTD. which is an engineering product manufacturing company (2016-2017). Here, basic machinery works on and supplies were being handled, store room supplies/accessories, negotiations with the vendors/clients on the products behalf, was done by me. I worked here for a year.

• Presently, I am working in TRUPTI INDUSTRIES (Aug. 2017) It is located in Ambad MIDC, Nasik, which has 2 CNC and 2 VMC machines. It’s a small-scale unit. Here, along with inspection, costing, tool works, dispatch details etc. all things are done by me. Also, I do a part time work of Website, Mobile application design and software Testing works.

PROJECT WORKS & OTHERS:

• Diploma project related to motion transfer and its application in day-to-day devices used and improvement required to increase its efficiency within least possible time.

• Food grain drier and separator’s physical design with manufacturing costs and its application for daily use.

• B.E project related to hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Hydraulic jump (artificially created waves) and effect on it, due to atmospheric pressure and other variations.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING/ INTERNSHIP: ( Diploma course)

• DALAL ENGG. PVT LTD, Mumbai - Machining department for 6 months.(June-Dec 2009)

• CROMPTON GREAVES, Navi Mumbai - Designing and drawing department for 6 months. (Dec2010-June2011)

ACTIVITIES:

• Fixing of the heavy jobs using EOT (electronic overhead traveler) cranes on different types of lathe machines, machine operations. To supervise and keep details of the tools and equipment’s used, and gain the value of the production of the jobs manufactured respectively.

• Surface finishing & raw material cutting techniques proper packing before dispatch with the documentation work

• Autocad-2D software where the designing of the railway engine's 2 models coolant valve assembly was designed with the variation in size in traction unit along with its testing with high voltage circuits.

• Detail study of vehicular parts, hydraulic & pneumatic machinery.

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY and OTHERS:

• AutoCAD -2D, NX-CAD, Creo-Parametric, Ansys 14.0 (Structural and Fluid Analysis), Microsoft Office.

• German Language (A2).
