I was a graphic designer, I was assigned this internship provided by my school at Northeast early college, this internship incomes me to make flyers and posters for Denver public schools as well as other companies such as a solar company and a service community in Montebello. These were part time and lasted for only two months. I’ve had to work with teams or a partner and what I’ve learned is that supporting my team no matter what supports the job to get done quicker as making plans and collaborating and communicating is important to get work done faster. It has improved my actions of helping out my team, if I finish what I need to do and someone who needs help, I go off and help or most time I’ll stop what I’m doing to help them the best I can. Working as a graphic designer, whether it was individually or with a partner we managed to get posters done and with these posters we made it very interesting with the creativity yet on topic and making educational but interesting to catch the eye. Sometimes there are challenges that me and my team occur on and I’m always there to support and assist even when someone can’t communicate, I still know when someone is struggling and I’ll just help. I can get work done individually but it’s better working in a team because I enjoy helping people which is why I like working in a team because I know that I can get the job done but no matter what I will support and care for my team so they can get their things done. I look forward to building a strong and supportive team and making the work place a comfortable and safe area as well as having people I will work with to rely on me when they’ll need help at work or just need a friend Education
